<1>How is the Material

We use 6063 aluminium alloy, with temper of T5,and the hardness ranges from 8-15,which is matc

hing to the standard of the country.

We have passed the ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System,and each step of production is un

der this control. All parts of the procedure is checked exactly,and if any problem comes out, it is sur

ely to be solved at the first time.

 

<3>Our ability of prodution.

With 8 extruders, 1 imported painting line,1 anodizing line,and a new and biggest electrophresis-

paiting-anodizing line is under finishing,whose annual output reaches up 1700 tons per year.There

are 8 warehouses to store the finished products.

<4>Additonal to our ability of production.

Our paiting line can work out 5 tons of powder coated profiles each day,besides which the quality

of products is guaranted. Our anodizing line can work out 5 tons each day,beside which making

little damage to the environment.
